No Longer Able to Edit WP Pages

Set up all my pages in SiteOrigin Page Builder. Upgraded to WP 6.9 I guess, and now all of my pages are broken. When I open a page, all I get is a loading icon and nothing else. Contacted BlueHost and was told “Errorlog says the issue is with the plugin.”

What can I do to get back access to all of my content?

    Hi Tony

Thanks for posting your question. It’s hard to know what the issue is without seeing the error log. You can begin the troubleshooting process by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins. With only SiteOrigin plugins activated, does the issue persist?

Thanks so much for your advice, Andrew! I initially tried turning off all SiteOrigin plugins, but it never occurred to me to turn off all the rest instead. I am now able to open & edit with just the SiteOrigin (and BlueHost) plugins active. I will continue troubleshooting and get back when I identify the particular conflict. Thanks again! —T
