I downloaded and installed the ZIP file for a Site Pack, but no images appeared in the media gallery. There were placeholders for the images as if they had been registered in the database, but the actual image files were not present. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Rflukerii,
That’s odd! To clarify, are there any files on the server itself? If you’re familiar with FTP, you can check this by navigating to wp-content/uploads. If you’re not, please navigate to WP AdminMediaLibary and could you please send me the contents of your console? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.
Hi Alex,
First of all, thank you for such a prompt reply. I am very pleased with SiteOrigin’s products so far and you’ve furthered my satisfaction by replying quickly and in a helpful manner.
Here’s the thing. The first time I tried the Consultant Site Pack, it worked perfectly. Then, I tried it with another WordPress installation, and I experienced the issues as described in my post. Today, I tried it again with a third WordPress installation, and guess what? It worked perfectly. Apparently there’s an issue with the second WordPress installation.
I do have another question, but I’d be opening up a can of worms. I can imagine that you have much on your hands responding to posts, so I won’t ask the question. The point is that there doesn’t appear to be an issue with SiteOrigin’s product, and I apologize for the unnecessary post. Thanks to you and everyone on the team. Keep up the great work!
