Since the last upgrade of the Vantage theme, my videos don’t play anymore in the embedded video player. It shows “Download file”. When you click on the link, Windows Media Player starts …
What should I do to make them play with the embedded player again?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Rob

    Thanks for running Vantage.

Could you perhaps check on another browser or computer? Is this perhaps something local to your computer? Everything looks normal my side on OS X Chrome.

Hi Andrew, thats strange… I tried in on my smartphone (android), as well as on IE and Chrome, but all give the same problem.
Don’t you see the link on the left top corner?

No, all looks as I’d expect to. We are both looking at this page right?

    Hi Andrew,

You looking at the right page… I think that the problem is related to silverlight… I’m now using JWplayer plug-in which is flash/html5 based and everything works fine.

    Regards,

    Rob
