I tested it and your comments appear to be displaying correctly on an iPad. Would it be possible to contact this blog reader and ask her to do some more testing? There might be some specific situation we’re missing here.
I tested it too and it worked for me as well. I had two readers complain about this issue of late. Both of them could not view the comments either on their laptop or Ipad. Pretty strange. What would I ask them to do if I contacted them?
This issue is sorted out now. Because your theme doesn’t have a link to the comments people thought there were no comments when they were on the homepage. I would suggest adding a link to the homepage for the comments that include a number showing how many comments there are. This is pretty standard for themes as far as I know.
