“No Access” On Images

10 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 10 years ago

Hi there,

Recently I have noticed that “NO Access” is being showed instead the images that are supposed to be there. My web site provider said it was because of the “page builder” and to contact you guys directly.

Please can you help with fixing this error I am unsure what has happened but whenever i try reupload the image again it changes to show “NO Access” on the images. The no access image can be found via this link http://thestudentgain.co.uk/downloads/ms_3265.png

Thanks,
Will

    Hi Griff8246,

That’s odd – I’ve never seen this happen. Could you please disable all SiteOrigin plugins / themes to see if this fixes the issue?

    Hi there,

Yes I have deactivated the theme and the problem still seems to persist. Is there anyway you could help?

    Hi Griff8246,

If there are no SiteOrigin plugins / themes active it doesn’t seem like it would be the fault of SiteOrigin. Can you please update your website provider with this information so hopefully they can support you more.

I personally think this would be more of a server issue as there’s nothing in any of our plugins / themes that could do this. As such, I’m not too sure how I can help you further.

    Hi Griff8246,

Could you please tell me what your web host is telling you? We’re having issues replicating this issue so any insight into this issue would be a huge help. Also, could you please tell me the name of who you’re hosting with.
