Hi all,

I just installed Ninja Forms latest version and added the form’s shortcode to one of the posts. It didn’t load as a “pulsating gray dot” was the only thing showing up on the live site.

I cleared all caches, tried different browsers and started to deactivate each of the plugins, which by the way, were only the ones from SiteOrigin.

So now that the only plugin that is active is Ninja Forms the form is displaying well, but of course, I lost all the Page Builder layout.

I’m using siteorigin-north.

Thank you.

I SOLVED this by following this thread: Solution to Ninja Forms Not Showing

Thank you AND sorry for not doing enough searching before posting!

    Well…

The Ninja Form is working well as I mentioned before but ONLY when it is inserted by the shortcode in a row with 2 elements.

I have 2 SiteOrigin’s Editors in a row, one of them holding the form shortcode and working well, but then I added a row with only 1 column with the editor and inserted the form and the same “pulsating grey dot” is showing and thus, not letting the form render.

I tried checking/unchecking the “Automatically add paragraph” option and it didn’t help.

    Please help, thanks.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi J,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Alex,

I decided to remove Ninja Forms and installed “Fast Secure Contact Forms” instead.

    Thanks!
