New Yoast Seo issue

Hello, For about 2 weeks I have been having an issue with my website. I use Yoast Premium SEO and Pagebuilder with the Sydney Theme by aThemes. As I worked on Yoast the analysis section stopped displaying the analysis when I would look at the page or blogs I optimized. It still displayed a green light etc just no breakdown like usual. On pages that no pagebuilder was used (like the main blog page which I couldn’t edit per say) the analysis stayed visible. Yoast connected to my site and discovered something was now causing an error and prevented the analysis from showing. With the amount of threads concerning Yoast on your forum I couldn’t find any with this specific issue. Yoast wants me to setup a staging environment (which I’m not familiar with doing) and removing plugins/ css/ javascript and finding which one causes the issue. Does anyone have any other fixes for this or ideas.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Dave,

We’ve received reports of a few users having issues with Yoast Premium. We’re unable to replicate this issue with the free version and, unfortunately, we don’t have access to the premium version to test against.

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary user account so we can log in and take a look?

I have set the admin user up. If you are not able to retrieve the password let me know. I selected all setup options you stated. I have 2 websites with this same setup and both won’t display the Yoast Analysis area like it is supposed to on all pages using Page Builder. I have the Premium Yoast SEO.

Hello,  a new yoast update may have fixed the issue.  You may want to log back in to verify as well.  I will notify Yoast as well.
    Dave
