New User Registration on Vantage theme

Hi- I have a summer camp directory and customer’s are having a problem setting up a new user account so they can input their camp information. The site immediately takes them to a login page for them to log in but not to set up a username and password.
Any help or recommendations are greatly appreciated!

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Thanks for sending your site’s URL. Unfortunately, you’re not using our Vantage theme, you’re using a theme by the same name but developed by AppThemes: http://www.appthemes.com/themes/vantage/. I’m not familiar with your version of Vantage so it would be best to reach out to the AppThemes support team for assistance.
