New page links do not work

When I use page builder in conjuction with Vantage Pro which are very good I sometimes include a link to an external site. For example in the footer are two social media buttons which I set to open in new window but they don’t. In fact having checked, all links internal or external do not open in new tab/page despite being set to do so. Can you help as I have looked at other posts but no joy.

    Hi Graham,

    According to the markup, the social icons aren’t set to open in a new window so that’s odd. Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
