Nested repeater stopped working in the last Widget Bundle version

Hello,
I have some custom created widgets with nested repeater that stopped working in the last Widget Bundle version (1.13.2).

This is a simple Book widget with a main repeater, Chapters, and a child repeater, Pages, inside the first repeater.
If i try to add a chapter with 2 page and i save the post it will create 2 chapter and split the 2 page between the chapters.

This widget work in prior version of Widget Bundle.
