Need Urgent Assistance on SiteOrigin Page Builder Plugin

I have run a conflict test on plugins but the site origin page builder is not coming up, it keeps showing just text and cannot edit my pages. I have deactivated all non-siteorigin plugins, clear my cache, the result is the same…the page builder is not coming up just showing text. Please I need urgent assistance on this because the website I’m working needs to be delivered as soon as possible.

Best Regards
Amos

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Amos

    Thanks for reaching out.

If there is a JavaScript error on the page it can negatively impact other plugins that use JavaScript. Please, try extending your test as follows. Temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty theme. Next, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In this state, does the issue resolve? If so, you can reactivate your theme and then your plugins, checking for the issue after each activation.

    Good Morning Andrew,

    Thanks for helping out.

I did exactly as you requested: Temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty theme. Next, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. In this state, the issue was resolved; but immediately after I reactivate my theme (Gaea) and two of its plugins (Gaea Core & Event Registration Gaea)..it retuned back to default problem again, what could be the cause and possible solution?

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks. The next step would be to reactivate your theme and its supporting plugins, leave all other plugins deactivated. Next, go to PluginsAdd New and install https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/. This plugin will most likely patch the issue and also provide warnings that you can take to theme support to resolve.

    Hello Andrew,

Thanks once again for helping, the installation of this supporting plugin has resolved the whole issue, the Site origin page builder are showing properly.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, I Work Here

Glad we could help. Please, check the warnings the plugin provides. If plugins are the issue, the file path will be listed. If no path is listed, the theme is most producing the warning. You can then contact the authors of the theme or plugins in question to let them know.

Alright then. I will definitely do that.

    Thanks.
