need to removes space above Page Builder Layout

Is there a way to remove the white space above the page builder layout? I’ve tried to use it in the masthead and the body of my home page, and in both places there is a gap of white space I can’t seem to remove. I’ve tried using CCS to adjust the margin and padding, but nothing seems to affect it.
