Need to install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle?

7 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 7 years ago

Hi,

I am trying to update a website for a client. She had SiteOrigin installed a few years ago, but it was never used.

Currently Installed Site Origin Plug-Ins:

SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.13.0
Page Builder by SiteOrigin 2.8.2

Theme: YogaFit

When I try to add a SiteOrigin Widget onto a page it tells me that I need to install SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle or Site Origin widget not available. I reinstalled the newer version, but it still gives me this same error message. The SiteOrigin Widget Bundle I reinstalled is the 1.13.0 version.

Hoe do I fix this?

Thank you,

    Hi Kristy

    Thanks for posting.

When you receive a message saying widget not available, have you gone to PluginsSiteOrigin Widgets to check if that widget is enabled?

    Hi Andrew,

Yes, the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is active. I tried to deactivate and activate again and that did not help.

    Thank you,

Please, try to check the main WordPress menu on the left. If you hover over the Plugins item you’ll see a sub-menu item called SiteOrigin Widgets. Please, click on that item. Once there, you’ll see all of the SiteOrigin Widgets. You can activate or deactivate each widget individually. Are the widgets you want to use activated?
