Hi, thanks for getting in touch.

Is the Widgets Bundle perhaps already installed? If the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is not present in the Plugins list in WordPress you can try navigating to the following folder on your server:

    /wp-content/plugins/

If you don’t have a FTP program installed, you can navigate to the above folder using your hosting providers File Manager. Is there a folder in the /plugins folder labelled “so-widgets-bundle”? If so, try deleting it before installing the Widgets Bundle.

widget bundle is not installed on my WordPress, but I have a site origin page builder (free version) installed with some basic widgets.
I wanted to install this bundle to access the accordion widget. I tried deleting the so-widgets-bundle from my file manager’s “wp-contents/plugins/” folder, but it reappears again.

Thanks for the update; apologies for the hassle. Does the issue persist if you temporarily try the following:

    – Switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen.
    – Temporarily deactivate all plugins.
    – Activate the Widgets Bundle from the Plugins page.
