when I set up the home, the meta slider gives me a full width banner, right below the nav.
How can it be possible in the inside pages and posts?

Thanks for running Vantage.
At the moment it’s unfortunately only possible on pages. If you view any page, check the right column, there you’ll find a Meta Slider drop down menu where you can set a full width slider for the page concerned.
