Navigation down and up when clicking a button

I´d like my page:

To do something like the following page:

Inicio

I mean as you can see on my page I´ll show all the promos in my citie by day (in this case MONDAY), so what I want to do is to hide everything and put 4 buttons, so depending on wich button the user pushes, ths page will display the categorie they select (restaurantes, bares, cafes, antros)

    It’s possible using a combination of:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/page-jumps/

    and

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-smooth-scroll-links/ to add smooth scroll.
