Boa noite
Comprei um tema no themeforest.net. O modelo é o WCM010014 (https://themeforest.net/item/face-art-woocommerce-responsive-theme/7650943), estou utilizando o WP 4.6.1 e não consigo editar o tema como Page Builder versão 2.4.19 que veio no tema.
Ao clicar para editar “ao vivo” o tema não carrega.
Já removi todos os plugins, reinstalei em uma versão mais baixa do WP e não ocorre nada. Sempre fica na tela de carregando e nunca carrega.
O que pode ser?

Can you please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related? I suspect the theme itself is having issues with the live editor.

Já havia feito isso, mas notei que o conflito ocorre quando se instala o woocommerce Versão 2.6.8, no caso a última versão.
Vocês já estão trabalhando em uma nova atualização do Page Builder by SiteOrigin que hoje está na Versão 2.4.19?

That’s very odd. To clarify, does this issue occur when just SiteOrigin Page Builder and WooCommerce are enabled? Hm. Actually, I think it’s quite possible you’re running into a memory limit issue. Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look?
We’re always working on a new update but we’re not actively working to resolve your issue as we haven’t been able to replicate it. Once we’re able to, we will though.

To be honest, at this point, I suspect the editor issues you’re experiencing are related to your hosting provider. I would recommend bringing this issue up with them to see if they have any ideas.
