If you install the Classic Editor plugin from PluginsAdd New is the issue resolved? I’ve seen this issue with the theme you’re using, I can’t find the thread at the moment though.
Ok, I see you’re in the Classic Editor in one of your screenshots. Try seeking out a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins then check to see if the issue is resolved.
