My video does not display in mobile version?

I am using site origin with wordpress. Video on my landing page shows fine, it does not however show on the mobile version. is there a way to fix this?

    Please, can you let us know where on your home page the video is?

    Hi,

    The video should be displayed right under the “sign up” text, currently there is white space where the video should be. So there is a gap in the mobile version. Video works fine in web version. For mobile I set the collapse order to left to right, they should be vertically stacked. The video however disappeared once I did that!

    Thanks for the update. Perhaps try editing the Hero widget and ensure that Show slide background videos on mobile is enabled. You’ll find that setting in the Slider Controls section.
