    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alberto,

    Thanks for that.

I’ve tried on a test page to replicate this issue but I can’t seem to replicate it. Is there a specific page that you know this occurs for that you would suggest that I try editing? Thanks Alex,
Try to insert a “Site origin editor” and some lines of text. One of them apply a text color.
    Thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alberto,

Thanks – I was able to replicate that. Can I make a backup of your website for local testing? This will allow me to run large scale testing and not have it effect your website.

OK Alex, no problem. Tell me if you need a backup or plugin to do that.

Thinking about the problem I remember one thing that could be the cause. The server is not ours and when we installed wordpress we had problems with the db language/collation. I hope this helps you.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alberto,

Thanks – I’ve made a backup but I’ve run into an issue with it. Uh, how do you store your plugins? wp-content doesn’t seem to be a thing at all.

      Hi, I Work Here

      Hi Filip,

To clarify, you’re referring to the SiteOirgin CSS Visual Editor while this thread is in regards to the SiteOrigin Editor widget which is included with the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle.

I’ll up the priority of your thread but, unfortunately, there will be a delay on our response due to there being a number of threads ahead of you in the queue – sorry mate. :(

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alberto,

    Very sorry for the delay.

I’ve been unable to replicate this issue locally. As such, this looks to be a server or configuration (as in, how you’ve set WordPress up – such as changing the location of wp-content) issue. Are you able to replicate this issue when you temporarily revert your security changes?
