I am using SiteOrigin for building a website with WordPress.
That went very well until last Tuesday.
Since Tuesday my website is not responsing very well on a phone or tablet.
On the phone and the tablet until Tuesday the blocks in the rows appeared under each other, but since Tuesday the stay next to each other, and that makes them very smale and not readable.
I changed nothing in the settings, only as far I can rember Tuesday there was a update of SiteOrigin and think since that time it went wrong.
Please can someone tell what I can do? Is it possible to get back the former version of Monday?
Hi RuudB
Thanks for reaching out.
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi Mr. Andrew Misplon,
Thanks for you quick reaction.
No sorry, I am developing off-line at this time, but I have some screenshots in the enclosed PDF.
On the first page you see a screenshot from my desktop and on the second page, on the left a screenshot as I saw until last Tuesday and on the right the screenshot as I see now. I think you will understand that I would like a situation as shown in the left, for me it is also the most logical solution.
Once again thanks for your quick reaction
Hi Ruud
Thanks for your reply. The forum doesn’t support attachments at this time. You can upload screenshots to imgur.com or a similar site and send us the link.
It’s often quite challenging to diagnose issues by looking at screenshots, generally, we need to inspect the page to view the source code and see what’s happening.
You might try editing the row in question, in the Layout section on the right you can check the Row Collapse setting and ensure you haven’t changed it to No Collapse.
Thanks
