    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vipography,

To clarify, what version of Vantage are you using?

According to your page, your sidebar is empty. Have you set it up yet? For reference, you can set it up by navigating to WP AdminSettingsWidgets and adding widgets to your Sidebar widget area.

    Hi Alex,

Glad to meet you, thanks for supporting.

Firstly, I use Vantage Premium theme.

And according to when you say sidebar is empty, I would say I’ve been set it up already.

This is what I set before submited the inquiry

This is when I click sidebar location. The reason why I don’t check any box because I’ve tried to checked the box already, but it didn’t work. So now I’ll leave it blank so it can show in every pages.

Please let me know what should I do next.
    Thank you in advanced,

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Vipography,

Thanks – just wanted to confirm.

Regardless of the above, this is likely related to whatever you’re using to add that sidebar changing functionality – could you please clarify the name of the plugin that’s adding that? Try disabling the “Allow this sidebar to be replaced” for the sidebar to see if it shows on the page. If that doesn’t help, try temporarily disabling the sidebar plugin you’re using to see if it’s related.

By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard. Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.

Also, I would highly recommend updating your theme. Version 1.2.3 (which you’re using) is over 2 years old at this point. you’ve had a developer work on your version of the theme, I would recommend contacting them to see if it’s safe to update the theme (they may have directly modified the theme files for whatever reason).
