I can´d add a new post, and my multimedia library its dessapear.
Hi Alejandro
Sorry to hear about these challenges.
Please try the following:
1. Ensure no updates are pending at Dashboard > Updates.
2. Temporarily de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins and re-test.
3. Temporarily change over to a default theme like Twenty Fourteen.
After each step re-check the problem.
The problem is to install a plugin that appears in your template, page builder, every time I install to customize the web, everything stops working.
I have uninstalled and works part but do not see the section where you can customize more.
They have now gone three large icons that appear below the slider.
could you look at the matter?
The “personlize” section don´t go
The steps I advised would still be the way to proceed here. Step one confirms we aren’t dealing with any older versions. Step two, which is most likely the cause, will confirm whether a plugin conflict is involved. And as a last step, if required, step three rules out a theme issue.
So in the case of step two, leave Page Builder activated but de-activate all other plugins. If the issue is resolved then re-activate your plugins one by one while checking the problem.
I uninstalled several plugins, and now it works, but not to add that three large icons that appear in the template.
Sorry, not quite following you on that last point. If you’re looking at the home page then you can manage that page from Appearance > Home Page. You can delete the Circle Icon widgets from that location. If you’d like an overview on using our Page Builder plugin please see: https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/documentation/
Something is wrong, because when I go into Custom Home Page, I see that there are 3 columns for icons, and I have customized, I keep the changes, but do not appear.
Is your Custom Home Page turned ON?
Also ensure that you haven’t also assigned your home page to the Blog page? Check that this has happened under Settings > Reading.
I´m sorry Andrew, but i get that appear the circles but its appearing a lot of them with the last post entrys in the blog. I´d want the same configuration that in your template, 3 big icons with a link to other sites, and down the 5 last post, could u help me?
To confirm, this is the page you’re working with: http://www.vision3d.es/blog/. Correct?
If you’re looking for the same setup as the Vantage demo you should insert a Post Loop widget set to the Carousel template to get the recent posts.
when i get appear the 3 circle icons the last post appear only like text, with out images
You’ll need to insert a Post Loop widget and set the template within the Post Loop widget to Carousel. Each one of your posts will need a featured image added: http://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/
wahhhh, i´m arriving, hahahahah, thanks for your patient
Super, glad to hear you’re making progress there.
Something does not quite understand. I have a menu with several sections and each of several categories.
If I click in the paragraph headed out the blank page.
How could do that plus a text and some images that I choose, can appear all entries for that category?
Please send through a link to the page you’re referring to so I can visually see this. Thanks.

Sorry, I’m having a hard time understanding you. Are you asking how to add text to category pages like this one?
http://www.vision3d.es/blog/category/vray-tutos/
Yes, really i have a several text lines and a photograf in this page, but dont appear, only appear the post
What you’d need to do is this.
1. Create a page, name it the name of your category.
2. Click on Page Builder. Insert a Post Loop widget. In the very last field of the widget is a field called Additional. Insert an argument into that field as follows:
Where x is the category ID you want to display.
To get the category ID go to Posts > Categories, click on the category and then view the URL, in the URL you will see a number, this is the category ID.
Now you can insert content above or below your Post Loop widget as required.
