The image that I am trying to post as the background image doesn’t fit properly. I have tried scaling it and it doesn’t work. Is there a way I can fix the image to fit properly in the hero image widget?

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? Normally the image will try scale itself so it’s odd that’s it not for you. Did you perhaps apply a very small height for the hero widget? If so, try increasing it (or removing the height).
