My footer has became larger

Hey.
Since yesterday my footer has became larger, so that the footer takes a big part of my page, so far actually not a problem, but when I checked my page on my phone I saw that the links on my footer were not in the same postion than before, actually it looks quite awful now. What could cause this problem?
How could I change this?
