Good Afternoon,
For every post on my site, I use Page Builder (specifically the SiteOrigin Editor widget) to write the post. However, I recently noticed that both the font options and font sizes have disappeared from the main toolbar above the post area.
Does anyone know why it disappeared – and how it can be added back?
Apologies if this has been asked already. Not super technically-savvy, so any guidance is appreciated!

Hi Scott,
It sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Thanks for your response! I just disabled all of my plugins, except for the SiteOrigin ones. Then I cleared my cache. Then I started a new post using Page Builder.
However, the issue remained – no font options or font sizes anywhere to be found.

Can you please take a screenshot of the area with the missing font options? This will allow me to get a better idea of what you’re seeing. Please note that we’re currently unable to process attachments so you’ll need to upload the screenshot to a third party image hosting site like Imgur or vgy.me.

The toggle button doesn’t appear on existing posts, however when I hit shift+Alt+Z it all of a sudden appears again!
