My contact form shows up on my page as code

Hello, I am needing help, when I enter the siteorigin widget contact form and save it when I view it on my website it is a pile of code. What am I doing wrong – can someone please help me? Thank you in advance!

    Hi,

    Thanks for your help I had to figure out something asap for what I was doing so googled more and downloaded some kind of app and it is working now, but not the original way I was doing it.
