Hi SiteOrigin

I’m building a website with Bento and Site Origin Page Builder.

My home page needs to have:
menu
hero
posts from one category
map
posts from another category
posts from another category
footer

I’m getting there but can’t figure out how to have multiple rows with different post categories in them.
What widget do I use to embed posts based on categories?
thanks for your help
Marilyn

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Marilyn,

You can use the Post Loops widget to do this. The post loop widget, if the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle is installed, will allow you to easily select specific categories to display. It’ll also allow you to use the themes blog templates.

Please add a Post Loop Widget, select a desired template (you may need to view them on the page itself to get an idea of what it looks like) and then click Build Post Query. Write the name of the category you wish to list the recent posts for in the Taxonomies field and then select the category when it appears in the drop down.
