Multilanguage Plugin recommended?

Is there a multilanguage plugin recommendation for the Site Origin Pagebuilder? I tried the WPML but that didn’t work, so i started with qtranslate. But I turned out that it is no longer working. Any recommendation which plugin I can choose instead?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    You can use WPML with Page Builder, you just can’t translate widgets inline. Loco Translate is another option https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/.
