Moving stuff about on post template?

Hi there
I’d quite like to move the categories/tags meta info up to next to the date (posted on) what file renders the page parts?
(I’m a fairly advanced user and I am using a child theme)

    The vantage_get_post_categories function can be found in the content-single.php file.
