moving background

How can i set the background to a moving file? or for the slider?

Also i want to set the background of rows to photos and create the effect of the moving image when i scroll.

my website isnt live so i dont know what to put for my url

    Hi

    The effect you’re after is most likely the Parallax effect. We unfortunately don’t yet have a widget or row background option that can handle that.

    For the main Vantage slider, Meta Slider free unfortunately doesn’t offer video backgrounds but they do in their pro version.

    It can’t easily be used for the main slider but for small sliders on your page, our Slider widget does offer video backgrounds. You can find that in our Widgets Bundle plugin:
