    Hi Joseph,

    You can deactivate your license by opening the SiteOrigin Order Dashboard. Open the Order History, View Licenses and then click Manage Sites. Click Deactivate Site next to any site you wish to deactivate.

    Hi Alex,

    That’s what I’ve done, and you can’t delete the sites that I’ve closed.

    the link deactivated the site does not work ? why ?

    Hi Joseph,

    The deactivation process may take an hour to complete. Once complete, you’ll be able to activate your license on your new website.

    Sorry but two hours passed and it doesn’t work: the message is « There was a problem trying to activate your license. »

    what should I do?

    Hi Joseph,

    That’s odd. Can you please email premium support at Private Snippet. Please include a link to this thread, a copy of your SiteOrigin Premium license key and the domain you’re trying to activate SiteOrigin Premium on.
