Mobile View Problem

Hello. I had someone create my site about a year ago. Yesterday I had the site transferred to a different domain. Somehow in the move, my website is no longer mobile responsive. I have tried to contact the creator of the site with no luck and my hours searching on the internet have also gotten me nowhere.

I was hoping it might be a simple click or 2 that might have adjusted during the switch. The website is thelifesafetypro.com

The problem is the part after the slider that has multiple images and wording in 3 columns. Also, the image with the bridge is supposed to have the image of myself and my son under the wording. When it comes to the class information the pricing that is in the right column is stretched long instead of being a box.

I also understand this could take a little time to fix, I am not sure if I can pay on this site to have it fixed or if there would be any resources to help???

Anything is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Jeremy

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeremy,

I’ve had a look at your website and it appears none of the Page Builder responsive CSS is outputting. Please try navigating to SettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Ensure Responsive Layout is ticked and try setting Mobile Width to 768 and then saving. Is your website responsive now?

    Kind regards,
    Alex

Thank you for that Alex. Unfortuantely Responsive layout was already checked and I did adjust the Mobil width. Still same problem. I appreciate your help.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeremy,

Can you please clarify how you migrated your website to the new server? I ask as it’s possible for settings to become invalid if they’re incorrectly adjusted via a migration.

Please try disabling the Responsive Layout and then re-enabling it.

    Kind regards,
    Alex

So the site was hosted on Bluehost. They migrated the site for me. It was from one domain hosted on Bluehost to another domain hosted on Blue host. All under my same account. I tried disabling and enabling again but didn’t have any luck. Not sure if this info will help?

Thanks for your info and help so far.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for clarifying. I’m not aware of any issues associated with the Bluehost migration so it’s unlikely that’s directly related.

Hm. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins. There’s been a bunch of plugin updates recently in response to WordPress 5.6 so it’s possible a plugin you have installed may be interfering with the responsive setting.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Kind regards,
    Alex

    Hi Alex,

Sorry no luck. The only plugins I left installed were Page Builder, CSS, & Widgets Bundle. I removed the rest, reset the Cache and still no luck.

Thank you for all your assistance. If you can’t think of anything else, I am going to just make the site work and eliminate some of the elements that I currently have on the site.

    Thanks again,

    Jeremy

    Hi Jeremy,

Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at your settings?

I just created the account. I am not sure if the password gets sent to you or not? So if you don’t receive it please let me know. I just turned all the plugins back on. Feel free to mess around in it and make any changes you think could help. Thanks for going the extra step.
