Mobile Version Text on Background Image is Stuck at Black

We are using Vantage theme on wordpress.com for our site. I changed the text in a block to white to be visible over the background image. When I view mobile design in wordpress builder I see white text, but on mobile devices, that text is showing as black. How do I fix?

    Hi Jan,

    Thanks for getting in touch. I’ve looked at the linked page and I’m not able to replicate the different text colour on mobile. Does the text colour persist if you clear your browser cache on your mobile device?
