Mobile Version Not Responsive?

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

Hi. We are using the Page Builder plugin and have ‘Responsive Layout’ enabled. The site looks fine on desktop but some elements are overlapping when viewed on mobile, and some images are being scaled disproportionately. Is this an issue solved by the Premium version, or is it a coding issue?

Our site is chefgorji.com

Also, is there a way to have different layouts for desktop and mobile? When I’m in the Live Editor, I see how you can view the page in the three different formats, but when you make a change to the mobile, it affects the desktop.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi SG2 Designs,

By the looks of it, you don’t have the responsive layout for SiteOrigin Page Builder enabled. Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Tick Responsive Layout and save. Please clear your minify and plugin cache.

    How does that look?

Also, is there a way to have different layouts for desktop and mobile?

Unfortunately, no. The buttons you’re referring too are purely so you can preview the respective page in a manner that will be very close to what it is on that device.
