Is there a possibility to show the menu links and the submenu links at the same time?
Not that you have to click on the arrow at the end?

Unfortunately not. As it stands at the moment there aren’t any options for the SiteOrigin mobile menu. You might consider de-activating it and trying a plugin like WP Touch or the Mobile Theme in Jetpack. You could also considering using your parent menu pages to list the sub pages.
