Mobile Site Missing Elements

When I visit my site on a mobile phone, several elements are missing. First, the image I have at the top of my pages does not appear. Second, the menu is blank when it should not be. Please advise on how to solve these issues. Thanks!

    Hi Therundowndaily

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Thanks :)

A plugin or third-party mobile service provider is handling the mobile rendering of your site. If you think it’s a plugin, check out your plugins list for something that looks like it might be mobile related.

Alternatively, there are third-party service providers that offer a mobile site. If that’s the case, hopefully you’ll know if you’ve set something like that up in the past.
