Mobile screen and sticky nav

Hi,

When running Vantage with my mobile phone Apple 5s IOS7.1.1 the navbar is not sticky (set to true in the theme settings) and neither is the go-to-top arrow visible when scrolling the page to the bottom.

    This is unfortunately currently the default behaviour of the theme. The move was made to keep the theme in line with mobile best practices. We do realise users would like this as an option. I do have a feature request logged to introduce a feature to turn these back on for mobile. I unfortunately can’t say exactly when this feature will get rolled out.
