Mobile presentation with Vantage theme not consistent

My web site at www.myfoodgarden.com.au presents well on computer using Vantage theme (free version), but when I view it on mobile, it all changes and logo does not appear. I did the google analytic tool which says the mobile site is mobile friendly, but the presentation on mobile does not look good and it does not have our header and it presents a whole lot of blog stuff which is not on the home page when viewed on computer. Would this be a theme issue in the free version of Vantage or is it simply a setting in WordPress?. How could it be resolved. When I view it on mobile and I click “view full site” at bottom of screen it presents perfectly and it that point the link at the bottom says “view mobile site”, so when I click that goes back to the not so nice presentation. Can it simply be defaulted to “view full site”.
