Mobile Padding does not seem to work

Hi guys,

Great software, as a newbie, I have thoroughly enjoyed putting my site together and I love the way it has turned out. I am now attempting to finish some mobile responsiveness work on it and have run into this issue:

Padding between rows is the same as the desktop setting. When adjusting the padding in the “Edit Row” > “Layout”
> “Mobie Padding” section of the page builder, there is no change reflected once I update the page. It remembers the setting, but on mobile the gaps are still too large.

I wonder if there is something overriding it. I have not added any other plugins other than what came with the theme.

Can you help me understand if I am using the pagebuilder correctly?
