Hello, after the last Vantage update on my WordPress site, the hamburger menu (mobile) stays visible in the desktop site but when I turn to mobile device the mobile menu collapse doesn’t work. Can anyone help me solve this problem? When I watched the video the mobile menu does not appear in the main menu the way it does on my website.
Hi Gooswood
Thanks for reaching out.
Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?
Hi Andrew,
Thanks for your reply! the URL is http://www.giselaboleij.com
The problem is that the website stays exactly like the desktop site when I check on a mobile devise. It does not change to the hamburger menu. Thanks for looking!
Thanks. There are JavaScript errors on the page that are possibly causing the problem. Do you know if theme files have been edited directly to add scripts? If not, try running a plugin conflict test, temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin, does the issue resolve in that state?
Thank you so much for the advise! the problem was indeed a plugin. The conflict test was the solution and I removed the plugin. Thanks again.
Super, glad to hear you’ve made progress. All the best with your website :)
