Mobile Menu and Log Display

By BK, 7 years ago. Last reply by BK, 6 years ago.

My Website URL is www.theprojectdefinition.com

In the Mobile Display (Smart Phones), the Menu and Log is properly displayed (not perfectly but its work properly) on the Home Page only, but the Menu and Log doesn’t work properly on other pages. (I don’t have any problem in PC)

Could you please let me know hot to fix this problem.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi BK,

I’ve had a quick look at your website and I can’t seem to see the described issue. Did you resolve this issue?

    Hi Alex

Thanks for your continuous support and guidance. Unfortunately not yet resolve this problem (sorry for the late response because of long holidays).

Also, I received website comment: “Helⅼo, I think your website might ƅe having bгowser ϲompatibilitʏ issues. When I look at your blog sіte in Ie, it looks fine but when opening in Internet Eхplorer, it hаs some overlapping.”

In Internet Explorer, some pages are OK (e.g. https://www.theprojectdefinition.com/), but some others are not properly displayed (e.g https://www.theprojectdefinition.com/p-project-definitions/)

For your information, I have changed website from http: to https: a couple of months ago.

Could you please help me to solve this problem. If you need any further information on this, please let me know.

    Hi BK,

I couldn’t replicate the described issues in IE or Edge but I suspect I know what you’re seeing. Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Set the Mobile Width to 1000. How does that look?

    Hi Alex S,

I think I believe that the problem (display overlapped menu breakdowns (main menu and submenus) and contents) is nearly solved by delinked all unsecured websites and purged Caches periodically, just before web admin page log off, at least.

So far, the website (pages and posts) displays on PC and Smartphones are OK. Only one, Samsung Smart TV operated by Tizen web browser displays overlapped menu breakdowns and contents together.

It will be very much appreciated if you could help to solve this last problem.

    BK
