Mobile issue with in Photo Gallery

Hello!
i try to explain my problem, I have published a website for a photographer using Phlox Theme.I use the gallery widget to display the works. The problem is that on MOBILE the arrows of the gallery are not showing up and for people it is not intuitive how to switch to the next or previous image.
The only way to go the next image is swiping on the black part of the screen (not on the image!) but when imagse are vertical it is almost impossible to swipe!

    Hi Jyotika,

    The Photo Gallery you’re using is being added by a non-SiteOrgin plugin. You’ll need to reach out to the developers of the Photo Gallery plugin you’re using for assistance with this issue as we’re, unfortunately, not very familiar with it.
