Mobile alignment on drop shadow boxes

Hi!

I need some guidance on fixing the mobile alignment of the drop shadow boxes I am using. My site is ontargettraining.us. You should be able to see what I mean as soon as you view on mobile. I tried shrinking down the drop shadow size for mobile only, but I don’t see any change when I plug in the CSS.

If someone could please help me I would really appreciate it!
