mobil format display error

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

Hello, I am using the sightorigin features widget on my home page. Everything looks fine for the desktop and phone display. For a table/iPad, when it is on its side, the widget section, called Emergency service, is displayed under Free On-Time Delivery, but should be next to it. Could someone advise of how to correct? Thanks! My website is bdsupplycom.blog.

    Hi Josh,

This is happening as the features widget will (intentionally) collapse on mobile due to the limited amount of space available. I would recommend reordering the placement to control this but if you would rather just disable the SiteOrigin Features responsiveness you can do that unticking the Responsive Layout setting in the SiteOrigin Features widget.

Hi Alex – I have tried rearranging the feature widgets with the smallest available content for that row, I have resized the icon and container, I have deselected the Responsive Layout checkbox, and I am still seeing the same error. Every time the iPad is horizontal the error is still occurring. It seems to me that this is likely a defect with the widget. Any chance you can have another look? Thanks!

    Hi Josh,

That’s odd. I can’t seem to replicate this.
Would it be possible for you to send me an export for this widget? To do this please open up the linked page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
