Missing widgets after plugin update

Hi
I updated the Siteorigin page builder plugin in the WordPress dashboard.
Now, when I try to edit pages all of the sitorigin widgets are listed as missing. The pages still display correctly and the widgets are still listed in the available widgets menu.
I’ve tried turning off all the other widgets but that doesn’t seem to make a difference.
Any help would be much appreciated.
many thanks
Adrian

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Adrian

    Thanks for reaching out.

Head over to PluginsSiteOrigin Widgets, it sounds like the widgets you need are enabled but please, confirm.

If the issue persists, clear any caching plugins and then temporarily deactivate all non-SiteOrigin plugins in one go. Re-check the issue. If it persists, temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. Does the issue still persist?
