    Hi Joseph,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with uploading plugins. To clarify, at what point are you unable to proceed through the following steps:

    • Navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New
    • Either find a plugin or click Upload Plugin to upload a plugin
    • Once you’ve found a plugin, click install/activate. Once you’ve finished uploading a plugin click activate.

    Do you see any error messages or anything like that?

    By the way, as you’re a premium user, you’re entitled to priority email support. If you would like to make use of that, please follow the instructions found on your Page: Dashboard (please refer to the support tab). Please reference this thread and include your SiteOrigin order key in the email.
