missing page builder

9 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 9 years ago

hello,

after I’ve installed “”scroll to id”” plugin the page builder doesn’t work. The site is ok, however I can’t do any changes.
Page builder was ok as long as I add html section (I had to give a name to the section to make sure that user will see what i wanted him to see after he click menu).
I have uninstall the plugin, it doesn’t work. I have uninstall all of my plugins, it doesn’t work either.

Could you please help me?

    Hi Kdybowska

    Sorry to hear about this.

I’d start from Dashboard > Updates and run any updates that might be pending. Next, I’d go to Plugins and ensure that all plugins are deactivated, except for Page Builder. Next, go to Appearance > Themes and temporarily switch to Twenty Sixteen or any other default WordPress theme. Finally, go to Pages > Add New, is the Page Builder tab still not functioning as expected? If so you might need to look at updating WordPress manually to replace core files that might be damaged: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-using-ftp/
