Hi, you already this week helped me with my Safari browser problem in my Animated Image Safari problem and now I seem to have an other problem with Safari again.
When placing Metaslider Launch Layer image and adding simple text with the editor tool – which should appear from down –> with Safari it does not appear as a whole text area, as it does correctly with the other browsers.
Any help with the css or something else, please?
Hi Petteri
Sorry to hear about the hassle. Is there a url we can see the problem live? I’m not seeing it here:

We’ll take a look, see if we can help. If not, we’ll kick this over to Meta Slider premium support which you’re eligible for using Meta Slider Pro.
Hi!
I doublechecked this one again with my Macbook Safari browser, and it still does not appear as a whole layer text like it does with Mozilla and Chrome-browsers. The text is partly outside/beneath/ on the bottomborder of the sliderimage. I refreshed and everything, but still the same.
Could you take a look again?
Hi Petteri
Thanks for the update. Yes, I do see the problem. I spent a few minutes looking over it in Safari now and I’m battling to find the cause. Your Meta Slider Pro license comes with their top notch premium support. Do you think you could perhaps ask the Meta Slider guys if they’ve seen this layer error in Safari before?
If it’s theme related we can definitely climb back in.

Hi!
thanks for your check and help. I signed to Metaslider and asked help from there. Lets see what they reply and hope they will find the solution.
I can see there are “lots of” problems with Safari going on, but fortunately only with that browser…

I chat with the guys there from time to time, usually very prompt. Let me know if we can help at all. Hopefully they’ll have the answer.
Anything else we can look at in Safari for you?
Hello!
I got help from Metaslider support. One simple solution was to adjust the textbox much wider and now it seems to appear correctly with Safari too : )

Super, glad to hear they were able to help.
That's a nice simple fix.
All the best :)
