Meta slider pro issue in full width

I can’t seen to figure out how to have a solid full width white background with images and text overlaid on the slider. As soon as I set it to full with everything becomes extremely distorted. Any advice?

    (Meta Slider Pro does come with support from their expert team but let’s see if we can’t get this sorted here first)
